Who we are

Finest Web Geek (“we”) is a WordPress development studio based in Bangladesh. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Forms: name, agency name, website, email, country and project details you choose to send.
• Call bookings: name, email and time, through Calendly.
• Analytics: pages visited, device and approximate location, through Google Analytics 4, with your consent where the law requires it (UK, EU and Switzerland).
• Project files: designs, logins and content you share for a project, kept under NDA.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver projects, send invoices and, if you subscribe, send our newsletter. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this site and our work: hosting Hostinger, Google Workspace and Google Sheets, Calendly, Gravity Forms on our server, Google Analytics, and our payment providers (Wise, Payoneer and our bank for wire transfers).

How long we keep it

Enquiries for 24 months, client project records for 6 years for tax purposes, project logins deleted at handoff.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing us. If you’re in the UK, EU or California, you have extra rights under UK GDPR, GDPR or the CCPA, and we’ll honor them.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. In the UK, EU and Switzerland, analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Elsewhere they load by default. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

Security and changes

Access to client data is limited to the team on your project. Logins are shared through a password manager. We’ll update this page if anything changes.
