How it works
How it works, start to finish.
Four steps, the same every time. Here’s what happens at each one, and what you’ll see from our side.

Before we start
A 15-minute call, then we’re working.
On the first call we learn your stack, your standards and how you like updates. After that, a brief by email is enough.
How we talk
Your tools, not ours.
We join your Slack, ClickUp, Asana, Trello or Basecamp. Prefer email? That works too. Updates every 2 to 3 days, with Loom videos when a screen says more than a paragraph.
Online until 1am Bangladesh time: 2pm US Eastern, 7pm UK.
Twelve checks before you see it.
Every build goes through the same QA list.
- Matches the design at every breakpoint
- Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge
- iOS and Android
- Forms submit and email
- Links and menus
- Images compressed
- PageSpeed checked
- Basic accessibility: contrast, alt text, headings, keyboard
- 404 page
- Favicon and social image
- SEO titles and meta
- No placeholder text left
Two rounds, then honest change requests.
Two revision rounds against the agreed scope are included. New features or pages get a quick quote before we touch them. No surprise invoices.
