Privacy and white label

Will my client know you exist?

No. We work under your brand, in your tools, and never contact your client unless you ask.

Do you sign an NDA?

Before you send a single file. Use ours or yours.

Can we white label your reports?

Yes. Care plan reports, handoff videos and docs carry your logo, or no logo at all.

Will you ever approach my clients directly?

Never. Our NDA includes a non-solicitation clause that says so in writing.

How do you keep our client data safe?

Logins are shared through a password manager, access is limited to the team on your project, and project logins are deleted at handoff.

STILL WONDERING?

Ask a human, not a form.

15 minutes with Piash. No pitch, just answers. Online until 2pm US Eastern.

Working together

What hours do you work?

We’re in Bangladesh (GMT+6) and online until 1am our time. That covers US Eastern until about 2pm, US Pacific mornings and the full UK working day.

Can we talk to the developer directly?

Yes. You get direct access to the developer on your project, and Piash steps in on anything complex.

Which tools do you use for communication?

Yours. Slack, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Basecamp or email.

Can you work in our Figma?

Yes. View access is enough, and we comment right on the frames.

Can you match our code style?

Send your standards and a sample repo. We follow your structure, naming and Git workflow.

How fast can you start?

Send the brief today and you get a fixed quote within 24 hours. Work starts the working day after you approve it.

How long does a typical build take?

Most sites take 3 to 7 working days. WooCommerce stores take 5 to 7 working days.

Do you build on our staging or yours?

Yours, or ours if you prefer. Your live site is never touched until you approve the launch.

What do you need from us to start?

A Figma link, sitemap or Loom, plus staging or admin access. Our brief template on the How it works page lists everything.

How often will we get updates?

Every 2 to 3 days, with a Loom video when a screen says more than a paragraph.

Builders and tech

Do you do Divi 5?

Yes, including Divi 4 to Divi 5 migrations.

Which builders do you work in?

Divi, Elementor, Bricks, Gutenberg and ACF custom builds. WooCommerce for stores.

Do you handle hosting?

No. Sites live on your or your client’s hosting. We can set it up and recommend a host.

Do you design too?

We do our best work from your design. With only a wireframe or brand guide, we can build a clean layout from that.

Can you fix a site another developer built?

Yes. We audit it first and tell you honestly what is worth fixing and what is worth rebuilding.

What happens to third-party Divi modules in Divi 5?

Modules without a Divi 5 version run in backward compatibility mode, which slows the page. We swap them for native Divi 5 modules or rebuild them.

Who owns the builder and plugin licenses?

Your agency or your client. We use your licenses, never ours, so nothing breaks when we step away.

Do you build WooCommerce stores?

Yes. Stores start at $900 for up to 15 products, with payments, shipping and real test orders included.

Can you move a site from Wix, Squarespace or Webflow?

Yes. Every URL is mapped and redirected so rankings carry over. Up to 10 pages costs $500, up to 20 pages $750.

Can you restore a site that went offline?

Often, yes. If the Internet Archive saved it, we rebuild it in WordPress. You get a recovery report within 24 hours before you pay anything.

Money and scope

How do payments work?

50% upfront on your first project, the rest on delivery. After three projects together, we move to net 15 invoicing.

Which payment methods do you take?

Wise, Payoneer or wire transfer. Prices are in USD, with GBP, CAD and AUD on request.

Who owns the code?

You do, fully, from the moment the final invoice is paid.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds against the agreed scope. New features get a quick quote before we start them.

What if a client asks for changes later?

Send them over. Small edits come out of care plan hours or get a quick fixed quote.

What if the result isn’t right?

We revise until it matches the approved design. Want to test us first? Start with a $199 pilot page.

Is there a minimum project size?

No. Small fixes are $30 an hour, and the $199 pilot page is the easiest way to start.

What does the $199 pilot page include?

One page with up to 6 sections, built from your design and live in 3 working days. One per agency.

Do care plans have a contract?

No. They are billed monthly, and you can cancel with 14 days notice.

Still have a question?

Ask it on a 15-minute call. No pitch, just answers.
